Here are some easy mobility tips for improving your overhead squat

Tuesday:

Movement Prep:
2 rds:
Low trap pull downs x10
Push up w/ plus x10
Lying T’s x10

Accessory: 3 sets of 5 reps of the wall facing PVC overhead squat

Strength:
 2×20 OHS – Warm up to 70% of your 15RM overhead squat and complete 2 sets of 20 reps with a coach.

Conditioning:
15 min AMRAP
“Bad Medicine” w/ partner
MB run 400m (400m done with med ball)
Wall Ball 50 rep
MB partner slams 20 rep

*Everything must be done with a partner.  Wall ball reps and partner slams are shared.  For example, if partner A completes 30 wall balls and partner B completes 20 wall balls, they have completed their 50 reps.
