SMR: Lax Ball Traps in Glute Bridge, 10 passes/side, Lax Ball Kneeling Release, 30 sec/side
Movement Prep: 2 rounds – 10 Banded Low Trap Pull Down, 10 Push up w/ Plus, 10 Lying T’s
Accessory: 3×5 Sotts Press or FMS Seated Overhead Press
Strength: 2RM OHS, peak within 8 sets Between sets work on mobility….You know who you are.
Conditioning: For Time

5 Box Jump (24/20)
15 T2B
10 Box Jump
10 T2B
15 Box Jump
5 T2B
20 Box Jump
