ADVANCED OLY, 3-5pm and 5-7pm with Jim.

INTRO to OLY, 5-6pm and 6-7pm with Jim.

ROWING with Greg at 630pm.

FOUNDATIONS, with Greg at 730pm.

MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Shoulders, 5 minutes. 10 reps of each: Hollow Rocks, Superman Rocks, Hollow Rock to Superman Roll.
ACTIVATION: Tripod to Headstand  Practice, 5 minutes.
STRENGTH: ALL LEVELS: Press, up to a peak of 2.

*HSPU may be kipped or strict. Those who are unable to complete HSPU as rx’d may complete a handstand hold instead (walked up or kicked up).
