Low trap pull downs x10
Push up w/ plus x10
Lying T’s x10

STRENGTH: 3×15 @70-80% of 15RM (15 min) *estimate based on 5-10 rep set

ACCESSORY: Snatch grip press 3×5 OR Snatch push press 3×5

CONDITIONING:

10 rounds
Russian Twists w/ medball 10 reps
Medball Slams 10 reps
burpee tuck jumps 10 reps
