Movement Prep: 2 rounds – 10 Banded Low Trap Pull Down, 10 Push up w/ Plus, 10 Lying T’s
Activation: Handstand Hold, accumulate 60 sec
Strength: Overhead Squat 15 rep at 93% of 15RM
Conditioning:
4 rounds – 1 min at each station
AD/row – choose your intensity
Supine ring row static hold
Russian KB Swing (32/24)
Rest
