WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP:  Lax ball feet, calves and glutes for 3 minutes, 10 cat & camel, 10 glute bridge w/3 sec hold at the top,  10 scorpion, wall walk + 1 minute handstand hold focusing on the hollow position

STRENGTH:

A. Deadlift x 5 reps x 4 sets, Rest 2-3 min
B. BB or DB Strict Press x 3 reps x 4 sets, Rest 60 sec

CONDITIONING:

4 Rounds
30 sec amrap BB or DB Push Press (BB-95/65)
Rest 30 seconds
30 sec amrap Box Jumps (24-20″)
Rest 30 seconds
