Lax ball pecs (1 min/side) band pull apart series (10 reps in each position) 60ft crab walk 60ft bear crawl
Plyo push-up 4×3
-w/ plates as needed
Bench Press 1.5 reps 5×5
Bent row (1:2 eccentric) 5×10
*REST 2 min
Row 1000m x3 (1:1 work rest or alternate with partner)
