For those of you with some serious “Helen” vendettas, here are the days we’ve done it before!

MOVEMENT PREP: Foam Roll and Lax Ball – 5 minutes.
SKILL WORK: The American Kettlebell Swing
STRENGTH: ALL LEVELS: Conventional Deadlift, up to a peak of 2.


Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
Kettlebell x 21 swings (1.5/1)
12 Pull-ups
