WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

MOVEMENT PREP: Lax Ball Traps in Glute Bridge x 10 passes/side, Lax Ball Kneeling Release x 30 sec/side
2 Rounds of 10 Banded Low Trap Pull Down, 10 Push up w/ Plus, 60 ft Bottoms up KB Waiters Walk

STRENGTH:

A. EOMOM X 5 sets – 1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat

CONDITIONING:

2 Rounds
500m Row or 400m Run
20 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Hang Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
15 Wall Ball (20/14)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
